This product is manufactured through a strictly controlled formulation process, combining the flexibility of organic materials with the rigidity of inorganic materials. It is suitable for bonding low water-absorption wall tiles and floor tiles with wider joints. It is widely used for ceramic tiles, mosaics, and polished tiles in interior and exterior walls, floors, water tanks, basements, and other construction applications. The recommended consumption is approximately 3–5 kg per square meter, with actual usage depending on construction conditions and material loss.

Application Method

① Tile installation should follow standard construction procedures.

② Add clean water to the product at an approximate water-to-material ratio of 1:3.5. Mix manually or mechanically until a uniform thick paste is formed. The mixed material should be used within 3–4 hours. The adhesive layer thickness should not be less than 1.5 mm.

③ Due to differences in climate and environmental humidity, the initial setting and hardening time is approximately 1–3 days. Grouting should be carried out after the tile adhesive has fully cured. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the company’s dedicated grout product.

Precautions

① Do not apply in shower areas.

② After floor installation, walking on the surface is prohibited within 48 hours.

③ The recommended construction temperature range is 5°C–35°C.

④ When used for bonding granite, marble, and other stone slabs, the back surface should be roughened by more than 70%. Tile adhesive should not be used on non-absorbent or vibrating substrates (such as metal surfaces).

⑤ Do not add cement or other materials to this product. The above instructions are general usage guidelines.

Storage Method

Store this product in a cool and dry place. Unopened products have a shelf life of up to 12 months. Products beyond the storage period may still be used after testing confirms that their performance remains acceptable.
