Basic Position Information
Position: Sales Specialist
Location: Singapore (office-based work with external market development activities)
Target Candidates: Priority will be given to Singaporean Chinese or Malaysian Chinese candidates.
Job Requirements
Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Relevant sales experience with proven business development achievements, and the ability to quickly engage with Singapore’s local architectural and interior construction market.
Professional appearance and appropriate business attire, consistently maintaining a professional corporate image when representing the company externally.
Self-motivated with strong market development capabilities and the ability to independently conduct external business expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities
Complete daily attendance check-in at the office and assist in maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
Handle basic office tasks before conducting external market development activities, including identifying new customer opportunities and expanding business coverage.
Achieve defined monthly sales performance targets, regularly report work progress to management, and review business development challenges.
Maintain full-cycle customer follow-up and relationship management, accurately update sales records, and build long-term customer resources.
Salary & Benefits
Full-time employment with a probation period of 1–2 months, including comprehensive onboarding training and business guidance.
Base Salary: Negotiable during the interview process. The company provides a competitive compensation package aligned with the Singapore market, with additional high-percentage sales commissions available upon achieving performance targets.
